Design Goals
Despite the open ended project, our game was required to meet the following design goals:
- Two player game, each with their own dedicated microcontroller
- No more than 30 seconds of gameplay
- 3 distinct user interactions
- Several stages of gameplay
- Changing user interactions that depend on the stage of gameplay
- Creative display of time
- Indication of active game
- Exciting end of game display
- Interactions of each user must influence the gameplay of the other
- At least one analog input
- Controllers must communicate actively through gameplay
- Gameplay should not progress with active involvement of both players
